At Blue Point, the programme is designed to equip students with the basics of pastry making to advance patisserie, creating complex confectioneries, and thus preparing them for a career in the field of patisserie. Students have the opportunity to have a genuine feel for a real kitchen where professionals will guide them on the intrinsic of kitchen operations.


Following that, students will undergo practical placements at leading hotels or established bakeries.


By the end of the course, students would be equipped and competently trained, therefore gaining the necessary knowledge and skills to perform their duties, ready to enter the work field.
